The application requires:
It also requires a responsible local representative and records must be kept for four years. There goes the privacy that has long been the attraction of Nevada corporations. Roger says he is advising his clients to close their Nevada entity and reform it in Wyoming. He says that in less than two years you recover the expenses it takes to reform there since their annual fee is only $50 compared to Nevada’s $225. Of course, the privacy is more important than the costs and Wyoming does a pretty good job. The strategies used with the Nevada entities will work for Wyoming as well.
