About Dorsie: Dorsie Boddiford Kuni, daughter of real estate investor and national speaker Dyches Boddiford, has been a full-time real estate investor for the past 8 years. She has built up a nice rental and master lease portfolio while also heavily involved with lending through her own notes and through wrap lending with her father and other investors.
